1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within [15/30] days of delivery if:
The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
The item is not a custom, clearance, or final-sale product (see exclusions below)

Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within [5–7] business days.
If the return meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
If the item is damaged or used, a partial refund or denial may apply.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
