At Legacy Furniture, we want you to love your furniture. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within [15/30] days of delivery if:

The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

The item is not a custom, clearance, or final-sale product (see exclusions below)

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund: Custom-built or made-to-order furniture Assembled or used furniture Clearance or final-sale items Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information with:

Service Providers: For payment processing, order fulfillment, IT services, etc.

Shipping Partners: To deliver your furniture orders.

Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within [5–7] business days.

If the return meets our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

If the item is damaged or used, a partial refund or denial may apply.

5. Refund Timelines Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days after return approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Replacement and exchange product will be delivered within 5 days

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the damage/defect and packaging.

We may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
