1. Delivery Conditions Please note: Delivery is to the ground floor or curbside unless white glove service is selected. Ensure your delivery space is accessible and clear of obstacles. If the delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessibility or absence, re-delivery fees may apply.
2. Order Processing Time Orders are processed & delivered within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time ([2–6 weeks] depending on the product).
